Jeff Dyess is a litigation partner in Bradley’s Birmingham office. Jeff has over two decades of experience in commercial disputes and trust, estate and fiduciary litigation. 

He has represented clients in dozens of jury trials, bench trials, and evidentiary hearings, and his experience includes litigation involving:

  • Disputes between co-fiduciaries over the proper administration of the probate estates and trust administration
  • Trust construction and administration
  • Breaches of fiduciary duties in the administration of probate estates and trusts
  • Will contests involving claims of undue influence and diminished testamentary capacity
